Early Intervention - Birth-3 Years
The Early Intervention Program helps young children (from birth to 3 years) who are not learning, playing, growing, talking, or walking like other children their age.
We work hand-in-hand with your family to create meaningful goals for your child and address them rigorously until every last goal is met. Early Intervention is available in the comfort of your own home, in our facilities, or a combination of both.
We brought together the highest standard of Educational and Clinical skills with the NYC Early Intervention Program to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan to address the developmental needs of infants and toddlers ages birth to three.

All with a single goal:
To partner with you and realize your child’s stunning potential.
Eis Laasois’s Step By Step Infant Development Center and Early Intervention program has been providing therapeutic services to children from birth to three years of age since 1993. Throughout the years, we have developed a reputation amongst families and therapists as a dedicated, supportive, and professional agency. We partner with parents and the NYC Early Intervention Program to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan to address the developmental needs of infants and toddlers within your natural family setting.
Our goal is to maximize the developmental potential for each child in all functional areas: communicating, thinking, relating, self-regulation, and motor.
Services are provided in the privacy of your home. We also offer developmental instructional groups for six to nine toddlers (twenty-four months to three years) at our Center. Children attending our center-based developmental groups have the option of receiving some of their individual therapies at the Center and some at home.
Service Coordination
Navigating the world of evaluations and therapies can be daunting. Eis Laasois employs a team of highly skilled and exceptionally dedicated service coordinators who will hold your hand and guide you throughout your child’s journey.
The service coordinator serves as a single point of contact for the family and is responsible for coordinating evaluations and therapeutic services for your child.
Evaluations
Parents who are concerned about their infant’s or young child’s development can receive free developmental screening or comprehensive multidisciplinary developmental assessments provided by Eis Laasois.
We are an approved screening and evaluation site. Comprehensive evaluations are performed by licensed Special Education Teachers and by specialists in all areas of concern; fine motor, gross motor, sensory/regulatory, communication, social/emotional, thinking, vision, and hearing.
